Quality promblems?

If there are quality problems on your suits/costumes,such as slit(s),hole(s),color fading and 

etc,please feel free to contact our customer service  and we will arrange the return or exchange for you as soon as possible

Please notice that color aberration due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition is not included.

My suit/costume does not fit well?

You must refer to our size chart to choose a size for your suit.If your measurements do not match with any standard size,please put in your custom measurements.

If you choose a wrong suit,we can exchange it for you but you need to pay for the cost of sending the item back and the shipping cost of sending a replacement to you.

If you put in the wrong measurements,we might not accept your return/exchange request because we can not sell it to another person.

Note:all the exchange/return costumes must be new enough and we do not pay for the cost of sending items back to us.

My suit/costume did not arrive in time?

None of company can guarantee there won’t be an airplane delay. We only can guarantee the date when your suit/costume is shipped out.Please note that the estimate delivery time = order processing(listed on the product page)+shipping time.

Custom Printing & Sewing Service

We use the best printing machine and ink to make these custom items but sometime customers’ files are not quality/perfect for printing;If your suit needs something special tailoring but your file does not indicate it and you do not comment on your order to let us know;we do not accept exchange/return requests.

To apply for return,customers must contact us within 5 days after the date when they receive their suits/costumes.We do not pay for the cost of shipping items back to us.
